ClinicVoice / About & support

A clear setup. A named contact.

ClinicVoice provides AI telephone reception for UK private practices. Aleo is your point of contact for enquiries, setup discussions and service support.

Who you will work with

ClinicVoice is operated by Aleo Li, an independent contractor based in China, serving UK practices remotely. You can contact Aleo directly at [email protected].

Alice is the AI receptionist used for telephone conversations. The British voice and UK-focused reception wording describe the service offered to your callers. They do not imply a UK office or a UK-based support team.

Before you commit

Tell Aleo about your practice, telephone provider and appointment software. We review the call types you want to cover, the information Alice should use and any requested booking, SMS or transfer workflows.

Your written proposal sets out the agreed service, integration dependencies, fees and launch arrangements. A feature is only part of your setup when it has been agreed; we do not assume compatibility with every practice system.

From approved information to an approved launch

  1. Prepare: you supply your fee list, opening hours, FAQs and reception rules.
  2. Configure: we prepare Alice and the agreed call-handling workflows.
  3. Review: your team tests representative enquiries, recording notices and escalation paths.
  4. Activate: the service goes live after approval and activation. This starts subscription billing and the first-time customer’s 14-day subscription guarantee.

Completed and accepted setup and agreed extra usage are excluded from that guarantee. Read the refund policy before agreeing your service.

Ongoing support and changes

Email Aleo with service questions, requests to update practice information or a problem with the agreed workflow. Support availability, response expectations and any additional work are confirmed in your proposal. We do not advertise round-the-clock human support.

Your clinic should nominate a contact to approve changes to fees, hours and reception instructions. If you report an issue, include the approximate call time and a brief description; use the agreed secure process for any patient information.

Your setup should include an agreed fallback for service interruptions and a way for your team to change call forwarding.

Patient information and clinical responsibility

Before handling patient calls, we agree the data processing terms, service providers, access, retention and international transfer arrangements. Remote delivery and any access from outside the UK need to be addressed in those arrangements.

Your clinic normally remains the data controller. Your clinical team defines escalation rules and retains responsibility for clinical decisions. Alice does not diagnose, prescribe or assess treatment suitability. Our privacy policy explains how website enquiries and the public demo are handled.

What the public demo demonstrates

The live demo uses a fictional Harley Street dental practice. It is a sample conversation, not a customer case study or evidence of a clinic partnership. It makes no real bookings.

Use fictional details when trying it. For your own practice, the useful test is whether Alice follows the information and reception rules your team has approved.
